JUne update

I hope you and your families have all managed to keep safe and well during the last few months. It is starting to feel a little like we are coming out of the other side, people slowly returning to work and businesses beginning to get back in production. When I say normal, I obviously mean the new normal, social distancing, washing hands and being socially responsible to the people around us.

During lockdown I have been able to continue to go to the studio as Lizzie set up a glass bench at her home temporaryly . This has enabled me to work on new ideas, stock and even this years ltd edition Christmas decoration!!

New Toast rack design, making breakfast more of an occassion!

So far many of the shows have been cancelled or postponed, with nothing as yet until September. But that will obviously only be if government guidlines enable us to to so.

Positive news is that shops will soon be able to ope,n which for people like myself will mean that the galleries will also open. Infact last week (end of May) I was in the Sussex guild gallery in Lewes where we had just had new flooring laid, putting work back in place and new social distancing signage, arrows and handsanitzer ready for the 15th June. Which if nothing changes will be our first day opening.

Coincidently this is also my stewarding day, so if you would like to see mine, other guild members new work and have a chat. I will be there all day 10-5pm.

If you would like to see work in progress I regulary post on my facebook and instagram page, also if you have any enquiries about work being made or want to have a chat about possible commission please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I hope you continue to keep safe and well.

Take care
